1. Services Provided

We offer kinesiology and fitness-related services, including:

• ICBC-covered active rehabilitation for motor vehicle accident (MVA) recovery
• In-person personal training
• Online training and nutrition programs

Our services focus on exercise, movement, and lifestyle guidance. They are not medical advice and should not replace consultation with a physician or other regulated healthcare provider.

2. Eligibility

• Services are intended for adults 19 years and older.
• By booking a service, you confirm you are legally able to participate.

3. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your health history, injuries, and current limitations.
• You are responsible for following professional medical advice outside the scope of our services.
• You understand that participation in exercise and rehabilitation involves some risk of injury.

4. Payments and Cancellations

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged (e.g., direct billing to ICBC).
• We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee.
• Refunds are not provided for completed sessions.
• Booking is managed through Square Appointments. By booking, you also agree to Square's terms of service.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• By participating in our services, you accept all risks associated with exercise, training, and rehabilitation.
• AE Kinesiology Services is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or health issues that may occur during or outside of supervised sessions.
• You agree to release us from liability except where prohibited by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, blog posts, and materials — is the property of AE Kinesiology Services.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be handled in BC courts.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
