• Technical Data: Basic usage information collected by third-party tools (e.g., Google Reviews widget) to display reviews.
• Cookies: Our website may use cookies set by third-party tools (e.g., Elfsight). You can control cookies through your browser settings.

• Through forms on our website (stored in Supabase).
• Through third-party services we use (Square Appointments, Resend for email delivery, Google Reviews via Elfsight).
• Through direct communication (text messages, emails, or in-person sessions).

• Provide kinesiology, training, and rehabilitation services.
• Schedule and manage appointments.

4. How We Store and Protect Information

• Contact form submissions are stored in Supabase and delivered by email to our business inbox.
• Client records are stored securely in Google Drive and on password-protected devices.
• Access to personal data is limited to staff who need it to perform their duties.
• We take reasonable steps to safeguard your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Sharing Information

We only share your information with third-party providers when necessary to deliver our services (e.g., Square for bookings, Resend for email delivery, Elfsight for displaying Google reviews). These providers have their own privacy policies.

We may also share information if required by law.

6. Retention of Records

We retain client records for at least seven (7) years from the date of your last session, unless a longer period is required by law. Contact form inquiries are retained only as long as necessary to respond.

You have the right to:

• Ask us to correct or update your information.
• Request deletion of your information, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements.
